Resolved Question: Why is everyone in Washington afraid of Ron Paul?
It seems like everytime we get a candidate who promises to abolish the IRS all support abandons him. Even the workers at the IRS must get angry giving up 30% of their pay? Does having all of this militia (fbi, cia, homeland security, police, nat’l guard, army navy, marines, and paying whatever is demanded of us make Americans feel safe?) Have we really made that many enemies that now we have to pay 30% and more of our income in protection money? I am asking because my taxes are so high now I can barely continue surviving in this country against the backdrop of the gasoline increase. For my labor I have to give the government one out of my three dollars earned. The gasoline increase is causing me to look at food bank resources now. I don’t have any credit cards, I don’t borrow, 30 yr fixed, but I have children. Our food quality has shifted as I have to take from groceries for gas. I have friends that are packing up and moving to Mexico. The only relief I see coming via taxes
