Make Me Private

1) I am going to file for divorce/annulment soon. I am a victim of identity theft. Can I ask my lawyer not to disclose my social security number and other sensitive information to my spouse, when the papers are served to her?

2) Does an Annulment/ Divorce decree contain my Social Security number on it? Can I request the lawyer to have it redacted/ or have just the last 4 digits of the social on it?
