Resolved Question: Mail from the USA to Canada?
I purchased a cosmetic item from eBay (about $14.50 including shipping) and paid March 20. It says in order details she shipped it out March 28th (as the 20th was a long weekend holiday). I believe she shipped it via First Class. It is coming from Texas, and I am in Ontario, Canada (in a border city to the USA actually).
I STILL have not received my item, my credit card bill already came in and I had to pay it unfortunately. I emailed her about 2 weeks ago, and asked her when she shipped out. She said everything went out on the 4th, and that she’ll send another out right away.
I paid via PayPal, so there’s buyer protection. Since they require you file a complaint within 45 days, I only have about a week and a half left to do so.
My question is, how long does it normally take for shipping from the USA to Canada? I ordered something else before that and I got it within a week, however the girl was in MI and I am VERY close to MI.
When should I file a complaint? Ty.
