Voting Question: data protection question?
I work for a mobile phone company and took a mobile out however as I couldn’t pass a credit check, my friend took it out under his name and address completly different from mine, I was called to an informal hearing at my work regarding a seperate matter when they pulled out a printed copy of the phones made on the mobile phone number my friend took out, I confirmed these were people I knew and called, on telling my friend he has said surley this is a breach of data protection as the phone isn’t even in my name or my address so for them to print it off and then discuss it with me is breaching that? Does any know if this is true? It does sound like a fine line
